If you are not satisfied with what you purchased on Poocius store, you may be eligible to return or exchange by following simple procedures.  Please Email us at vocktasoo201@gmail.com with reason and photo of item if damaged,  please allow 3 days to respond. 

Return and exchange rules 

1. The return shipping will be paid for by the customer. 

2. For items to be eligible for return or exchange the request must be sent to vocktasoo201@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery date. 

3 we are not responsible for any theft of delivered items 

4 for exchange item the shipping and handling fee will apply. 

5 return item must not exceed weight of 2 lbs 

6 we are not responsible for errors of delivery companies 

7 please allow  upto 10 days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return 

8 no refund on items on sale
